Jeff Huff
Jeff Huff has a distinguished career marked by dedication, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. He served in the Navy Reserves from 1986 to 1992 as a Store Keeper in various assignments both on ships and in a mobile air unit.
Jeff is married and has three children and three grandchildren. He is actively involved in his church and community, reflecting his strong values and dedication to service.
Jeff's professional journey includes 17 years at FedEx and 14 years at Dentsply Sirona, where he honed his skills in operations, marketing, training, management, sales, and leadership. He has also been involved in family businesses, including REmporium and KC Furnishing CO, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit.
In February 2024, Jeff joined Krucial Rapid Response as the COO and was named CEO & President in May 2025. He is known for his ability to develop collaborative relationships, create a positive work culture, and solve problems through creative and strategic solutions. Outside of his professional life, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and gardening.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Darcie Mundy
Darcie Mundy serves as Vice President of Finance, People, and Operations at Krucial Rapid Response, where she oversees the organization’s finance, HR, and operational functions. Since joining Krucial in 2024 as a Financial Controller, Darcie has played a key role in strengthening financial operations, supporting organizational growth, and helping build scalable systems and processes across the organization.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Darcie brings a diverse background spanning public accounting, consulting and operational leadership. Prior to Krucial, she spent more than seven years in audit and consulting with a top 10 public accounting firm and has served mission-driven organizations and small businesses through her financial leadership.
Darcie is passionate about building strong teams, creating operational clarity, and using financial leadership to support meaningful work. She is especially driven by opportunities to combine strategic finance with organizations making a real impact in their communities and beyond.
Outside of work, Darcie volunteers her time in the children’s ministry at her church and enjoys life with her husband and four children in Wellsville. Their family is currently building a farm property, where much of their free time is spent outdoors working on new projects together.
Nikki Washington
Nikki Washington is an experienced leader with a diverse background in operational leadership, emergency management, training and development, and community engagement. She has more than 20 years of experience building teams, managing large-scale mobilizations, and leading high-performing organizations in both public and private sectors.
Nikki holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with additional academic work in Religious Studies and has been accepted into a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership program, slated to begin later this year. In addition to her corporate work, she has led community-based leadership and wellness programs across the U.S. and internationally and authored several books.
In her role as Vice President of Emergency Management at Krucial Rapid Response, Nikki oversees the planning and execution of emergency deployments for healthcare surge, disaster relief, and humanitarian support.

Meghan Hampton
Meghan Hampton serves as Director of Talent and Business Growth, overseeing the organization’s recruitment and business growth teams. With more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, she brings a deep understanding of how strong talent strategies directly fuel business success.
Meghan is passionate about leading and developing high‑performing teams, creating an environment where people are challenged, supported, and empowered to exceed their goals. She partners closely with leadership to drive thoughtful growth, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure both clients and candidates receive exceptional experiences. Giving back to the community is also a core part of her leadership philosophy, and she actively encourages her teams to make a positive impact beyond the workplace.
Outside of work, Meghan is a proud Kansas sports fan who cheers on the Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals. She treasures time with family and fully embraces her role as the ultimate aunt—never missing a sporting event or kids’ activity. When she’s not at the field or arena, you’ll often find her tending to her plants and enjoying time in the garden.
Connor Phillips
Connor Phillips serves as the Technology Team Lead at Krucial Rapid Response, where he oversees all of the systems and technologies that power the organization's daily operations — including texting, email, chatbot communications and AI automations, phone systems, and the applicant tracking system. Connor joined Krucial in November 2020 as a Communications Specialist, where he played a critical role during the peak of the organization's COVID deployments, preparing and sending millions of text and email alerts to healthcare professionals across the country. Over time, he took on increasing responsibilities and leadership, growing into his current role overseeing the full technology ecosystem. His background spans systems administration, AI, automation, and project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Prior to Krucial, he gained early professional experience through accounting internships at Tyson Foods and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Connor is passionate about exploring emerging technologies in the staffing and recruiting space and finding practical ways to implement them to drive efficiencies for the organization. In the office, Connor is known for his steady, calm presence — the person everyone counts on to keep a level head when things get hectic. Outside of work, he's an avid sports fan cheering on the Chiefs, Royals, and Thunder. He also enjoys pickleball, long walks, and spending time at the pool.

Dr. Bruce Bagley
Bruce Bagley, MD, FAAFP is an independent consultant specializing in health policy, physician leadership, and delivery system redesign. A nationally recognized leader in performance measurement and quality improvement, he has served in pivotal roles, including Senior Advisor to the American Medical Association and the American Association for Physician Leadership, bringing strategic physician leadership solutions to organizations of all sizes. Dr. Bagley previously led TransforMED, a subsidiary of the American Academy of Family Physicians, where he spearheaded efforts to enhance primary care effectiveness nationwide.
Dr. Bagley is a past president and former Board Chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), where he played a significant role in advancing family medicine and improving healthcare systems. With 28 years of experience as a practicing family physician in Albany, N.Y., he has been instrumental in advancing managed care, electronic health records, and patient-centered care. His expertise in healthcare leadership has contributed to numerous task forces, committees, and boards, including the National Committee for Quality Assurance, the American Board of Medical Specialties, and the Kansas City Health Collaborative. Known for his facilitation skills and collaborative approach, he remains committed to driving strategic initiatives that strengthen healthcare systems and improve patient outcomes.
Dr. Gary Morsch
Dr. Gary Morsch is a family and emergency physician whose career has been defined by service, leadership, and innovation in healthcare delivery. Deeply influenced by a decades-long friendship with Saint Teresa of Calcutta, Dr. Morsch has dedicated his life to serving others and building organizations that expand access to care.
He is the founder of several mission-driven organizations, including Heart to Heart International, Docs Who Care, and Global Care Force. Through these initiatives, Dr. Morsch has combined medical leadership with operational solutions that strengthen healthcare systems while creating opportunities for medical professionals to serve communities in need.
Dr. Morsch is also the bestselling author of The Power of Serving Others and You’ll Never Be the Same, books that reflect his lifelong commitment to inspiring service and leadership.
In addition to his civilian work, Dr. Morsch served a distinguished career in the United States Army, completing multiple combat tours as a battalion surgeon and commanding combat hospitals before retiring with the rank of Colonel.
Randy Pommenville
Randy Pommenville, CEM, is an accomplished leader in emergency management with a
strong record of advancing public safety and community resilience. He currently serves
as President of IAEM-USA Region 7 and holds the Certified Emergency Manager (CEM)
credential from the International Association of Emergency Managers. Randy has
extensive experience in hazard mitigation, disaster response, and preparedness planning,
and previously served as Chair of the Kansas City Metropolitan Emergency Management
Committee, where he led regional coordination and planning efforts. He is dedicated to
fostering collaboration across sectors and promoting best practices to strengthen
emergency management capabilities nationwide.
As a board member of Krucial Rapid Response, Randy is deeply committed to supporting the
organization’s mission of providing swift, effective staffing and resource solutions in
times of crisis. He believes in the critical importance of mobilizing skilled professionals to
meet urgent needs, whether in healthcare, disaster response, or humanitarian aid, to
protect lives and stabilize communities. Krucial’s focus on readiness and rapid
deployment aligns with his values in emergency management and his dedication to
enhancing resilience at local, regional, and national levels.
Dr. Rashid Chotani
Dr. Rashid Chotani is recognized as an expert in the identification, surveillance, and diagnosis of human and zoonotic infectious diseases, such as brucellosis, anthrax, plague, and hemorrhagic and viral diseases, such as the Coronavirus. His expertise has been applied to develop ground-breaking research and development programs as well as advance the creation of vaccines and diagnostics for chemical and biological threats, including applying his research to antibody testing to help efforts to develop a vaccine for COVID-19.
Dr. Chotani has held various leadership positions in science and technology throughout his long career, including serving as the Chief Medical Officer for IEM. In that role, he oversaw critical public health initiatives, including successfully implementing large-scale COVID-19 response operations that positively impacted the health outcomes of millions while ensuring robust operational efficiency.
Dr. Chotani’s distinguished career also includes service at the Department of Epidemiology at University of Nebraska Medical Center. He managed the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Joint Science & Technology Office (JSTO) multi-million-dollar portfolio of applied research and development projects focused on developing Federal Drug Administration (FDA)-compliant medical counter measure (MCM) vaccines and therapeutics. He also established and managed the Medical Surveillance Systems and Medical Effects Modeling Thrust Areas program as a senior scientist, which is currently the second largest division at JSTO. He served as the Chief Scientist for the Joint Project Manager Chemical and Biological Medical Systems, managing a $500 million, multi-year program for MCM advanced development and establishing the bio-surveillance program with a focus on bio-threat agents. Earlier in his career, working for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Dr. Chotani developed the HL-7 Specifications for the Electronic Laboratory-Based Reporting of Public Health Information.
Dr. Chotani’s success in the academic field includes establishing and directing the Global Infectious Disease Surveillance and Alert System (GIDSAS) at Johns Hopkins University, where he served as an Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine and Public Health. At the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratories he was part of the team that designed the first Early Detection of Bioterrorism System that became operational as ESSENCE at DoD. Components of ESSENCE are still being used in BioSense at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Robert D. Regnier
Bob Regnier is a native Kansas Citian and is a graduate of Kansas State University (BA) and the University of Missouri Kansas City (MBA). He has resided in the Kansas City area his entire adult life.
Bob was a banking professional for 52 years. For the last 31 years he has been the President & CEO of Bank of Blue Valley, which is the bank he organized in 1989 and grew to over $800 million in total assets with five branch locations. The Bank of Blue Valley became a member of the Heartland Financial organization in May of 2019.
Bob was a former Chairman of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and is currently active on the board of directors of Union Station Kansas City, Konsa Valley Capital, Inc., UMKC Foundation and the steering Committee of KC Rising.
Bob has been recognized with the Ernst & Young Financial Entrepreneur of the Year, Johnson County Community College “Johnson Countian of the Year”, Council on Philanthropy “Philanthropist of the Year”, received the JCRB/AJC Henry Bloch Human Relations Award, Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce “Kansas Citian of the Year”, and UMKC “Entrepreneur Hall of Fame”
